  • Small businesses and production shops

How fast do you ship orders?

We ship standard ground shipping, which typically delivers in 3–5 business days, with faster options available at checkout.


Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup for customers who prefer to pick up their supplies in person.

If available, local pickup can be selected during checkout, and we’ll notify you once your order is ready (usually within 4 hours during business hours).


Can I return or exchange my order?

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items.

  • No exchanges are offered
  • Opened or used materials cannot be returned
  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery
