At ECONOTRANSFER, we take pride in providing high-quality HTV vinyl, DTF supplies, and heat transfer materials for creators and businesses. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we carefully inspect products before they ship.
Returns Accepted for Defective Items Only
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective or damaged.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Change of mind
- Used or opened materials
- Color or finish preference differences
- Normal wear from application or pressing
Reporting a Defective Item
If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
Our team will review the request as quickly as possible and work with you to resolve the problem.
Replacement or Refund
Once the defect is confirmed, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund (if replacement is unavailable)
All approved returns must be unused and in original condition.
No Exchanges
ECONOTRANSFER does not offer exchanges at this time.
If an item is confirmed to be defective, we may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion, but we do not process product exchanges.
